i'm sure with the recent informational reveal by the nso plenty of people have their mind reeling over what could have possibly been going on when seimei keiretsu was actually a thing.
and i know this is probably far from the first time such 'rumors' have made their way around the internet.
it's just the closest thing to solid proof we've seen that actively mentions corporate testing on live people in recent history.
that being said, i know i'm a bit hyper-fixated on these sorts of things, but i can never turn down a good conspiracy.
or a good bit of news on something spooky going on.
so what're some other rumors you've all heard around the grape vines?
it doesn't matter how legit or how balls to the wall crazy it sounds.

i was talking to someone a few weeks ago about the steady increase of 'mysterious disappearances' that are happening in the lower ward.
there's no proof to it, but between that and the information that we just found out, it all feels oddly coincidental, no?
